SalesBridge is a marketplace designed to optimize door-to-door sales activities by leveraging local resources. The platform aims to reduce costs, improve sales efficiency, and provide a scalable solution for service providers.
The problem
Service providers such as telecom, energy and security companies rely heavily on door-to-door sales. Those activities carry real friction:
- Sales teams are based in larger cities, making remote areas hard to reach.
- Increased time to market due to travel requirements.
- Higher costs from travel, accommodation and allowances.
- Lack of local knowledge and contacts.
- Limited scaling capacity due to full-time employment of sales teams.
Solution
A digital marketplace where service providers can select and train local sales resources.
- Instantaneous go-to-market.
- Reduction in costs by 30–50%.
- Better sales with local talent.
- Scalability on demand.
Design process

High fidelity prototype
Home screen
The first screen users see — giving them the option to log in or register as a company or a salesperson.

Login screens
Returning users sign in either as a company representative with a product to sell, or as a salesperson selling in their local area.

Registration screens
Onboarding is split by intent, so each side only sees the fields that matter to them.

Main dashboards
The company dashboard opens on the project page, showing which salespeople have accepted or rejected the request to join so far. The salesperson dashboard shows the projects they applied to and their status.

Finding a salesperson & creating a project
Where a company representative builds a project — starting with a search for relevant local salespeople, refined through an overlay filter.
